Progressive Lighting (Business) in Atlanta

Michelle Patrick sold us 3 pendants without explaining it needs a RapidJack canopy. She misrepresented the lights and now she does not allow these unused pendants to be returned. She says we are stuck with them. She recently sold us more than $2K of fixtures, she called us that everything is ready for pickup. When we arrived, she did not have a light fixture boxed up for pick up. We waited for 1 hour. We shopped at Progressive Lightning because we want a higher service performance. At this rate we may as well go to a big box store. One of 5 ceiling fans is defective according to our electrician. She now says once we hung it, we can only get an exchange. We cannot get a refund. I wonder how one knows a ceiling fan is defective unless it was installed on the ceiling? We have easily spent $10K with Progressive Lighting. We will never do business with them again. Beware of their return policy. (You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition (items can't be installed or altered) to be accepted.)
